Once a highly-touted prospect, Brandon Boston’s stock has taken a hit after a rocky season at Kentucky. He’s a raw prospect who has shown flashes of elite talent but wasn’t very consistent at anything. His biggest flaw is his lack of strength, which hampers him on both ends of the court.

With all that said, there is a ton of talent in Boston’s game. He has fantastic upside on the offensive end thanks to his shot creation ability and shooting. He has nice two-way potential due to his length and instincts on the defensive end. His lack of strength, the main source of his finishing woes, will likely become less of a problem as he ages and lets his frame fill out more. BJ Boston may not be ready to take the world by storm right away, but if teams are patient with him and allow him to develop, the upside with Boston is very tantalizing.
