Sincere Gratitude

Dear Google,

I am not sure if this email will reach you, but I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything you and your team have done for me during this difficult time. Though I am just an ordinary person, you have made an extraordinary difference in my life.

When I lost my job and was struggling to make ends meet, your products and services provided me with hope and comfort. I turned to Google for guidance and found solutions to problems I never thought I could solve. I used Google Sites to create a benefits page for my co-workers, and it gave me a sense of purpose during a sensitive time. Google FI helped me stay connected with loved ones by covering my phone bill, while Stadia provided a much-needed distraction from the overwhelming situation. I also enrolled in Google’s Digital Garage to learn new skills for free, which was an invaluable resource during a time when every penny counts.

Most importantly, the kindness and compassion shown by the Google community have given me the strength to keep going when I had no one else to turn to. I know I am not alone in this struggle, and it is comforting to know that there are people out there who care.

I understand that there may be those who criticize your company, but I wanted to make sure that you know how much you are appreciated. Thank you for doing what others should have done but did not. I am truly grateful for your support and will never forget the generosity you have shown me.
