Here is my story of interesting attributes of 3 teammates and one LFA I proactively interacted with this week.

I have always a been social and humble person especially when and am genuinely interested in people. Here is my story of interesting attributes of 3 teammates and one LFA I proactively interacted with this week.
After making it through the Andela interviews, my hopes for becoming an Andela fellow were increased by an email inviting me to attend a self-learning. Having gone through the Andela boot camp process before, where I did not make it, I felt it was a big chance for me to correct the errors of the past, little did I know that I was going to meet 3 interesting teammates and an LFA, I have proactively interacted with this week. So, this is how it all began.
It all started on Monday at the beginning of this week when I felt I couldn’t just wait to go in for a video call in which the LFA had invited me in an email link.
I was so eager to spark off the self-learning clinic. I joined the video call link ten minutes to the call and started chatting with my other two teammates who joined the call like a minute just after I had joined.
It was so amazing and exciting to get those introductions because it has made us a team we are we know each other’s weaknesses.
A few minutes later our LFA joined the call and it was so amazing because he was such a cool guy, social, Caring and cooperating.
I liked my LFA from the start and that has really helped me keep moving on. He always gives feedback in time and he is so committed, approachable, and most of all he understands.
I like my teammates because they always find a way of helping a fellow teammate whenever they are faced with a challenge.
I love my team.
I love the Andela way. #TIA.
