Learning the Art of trusting your Heart

Uncertaintanty is all around.

Wrapping my Mind inside and out.

Confusion, headache, and anger

There is a heavy, wearisome, constant war in my Head.

I turn Attention to my Heart,

to find Peace, to find Divine Guidance from the Universe.

As I am a part of the Universe.

I ask for help from my Heart,

for only Heart can speak to the Universe, and

for only Universe can speak to Heart.

But Heart cannot speak to the Mind…

For the Mind tries to find the solution in itself, not in the Universe.

I am tired.

My Mind steals my Attention again and again.

I bring my Attention back to my Heart,

I keep bringing my Attention back to my Heart.

For only my Heart truly knows,

where I am doing wrong, where I am doing right.

I keep my Attention at my Heart…
