Some people hold themselves accountable by logging work on productivity apps, while others turn to blogs and books with inspirational productivity quotes. Regardless of how you motivate yourself to get things done in the workplace, now and then, we all find ourselves searching for productivity tips to keep us moving forward.

Many people often argue that success is due to luck or hard work but I would say most people manage to become successful by optimizing their talent, time and overall productivity.

Ok, So Let’s discuss the five tricks that many successful people follow to become more productive.

Start with the task that you know is hardest for you to do. For instance, I hate reading so I had purchased Kindle to read distraction-free every morning. And trust me, I was trying to write daily for the last 2 years but reading had improved me.

Many of you will say, Come on Ashima, Saturday is when we get relaxed then Why review?? . But trust me, follow this trick for just 2 weeks, I guarantee you will thank me later. The only thing you have to do is just take a simple notepad and write,” How did you spend your days from Monday till Friday”.

Sometimes I hate reading and sometimes writing an Article on Medium. In such a condition I always ask myself, “Ok Ashima, I know you don’t want to read this book, set the timer and We will read this for just 5 minutes”.After 5 minutes I start reading or sometimes writing without looking at the clock.
