The Key to Embracing Solitude

Do you avoid your own truth?

Could you imagine a world with no boundaries, limits or expectations? A world where you could be whoever you wanted to be? A world with no assumptions or judgment?

Well you can, using your greatest asset: your mind.

You’ve heard it all.

But why isn’t everyone jumping on this powerful tool and accessing their own intuition?

Because it’s easier said than done. We are afraid of what we might find when we are alone with our thoughts. We suffer when we avoid our own truth. And we avoid our own truth because we might have to do something about it. We might have to confront our own fears; our own setbacks. And that’s scary.

Ask yourself why you don’t like being alone. Does it remind you of your rough childhood? Does it remind you of the fact that you haven’t been in a relationship for years? Does it make you think about everything you hate about yourself? Does it make you go on social media for hours and compare your life with someone else’s? Perhaps you have become dependent on your surroundings to silence your own inner critic.
