The Key to Embracing Solitude

Do you avoid your own truth?

Does it make you think about everything you hate about yourself? Does it make you go on social media for hours and compare your life with someone else’s? Perhaps you have become dependent on your surroundings to silence your own inner critic.

So where do you begin?
